Distillers Grain Dryer Successfully Commissioned at Customer Site
Recently, our factory successfully completed the on-site installation, integration, commissioning, and trial operation with actual material of a complete distillers’ grains drying production line at the customer’s facility. The equipment is operating stably and meeting production targets, and is now ready for full-scale commercial operation.
Distillers’ grains are a special material characterized by high moisture content, high viscosity, and a tendency to clump. Conventional drying equipment is highly prone to issues such as material sticking to the walls, caking, uneven drying, and poor product quality. To address the unique characteristics of distillers' grains, we have specifically optimized and upgraded the equipment. It features a proprietary anti-adhesion system, a layered material-lifting structure, and an intelligent control system, enabling the stable drying of wet distillers' grains to the standard moisture content. The dried distillers' grains have a uniform color and retain their full nutritional value, making them a high-quality raw material for animal feed. This solution truly achieves the resource recovery and reuse of distillery waste, thereby enhancing economic benefits for our customers.
This drying system features a high degree of automation, simple operation, and lower energy consumption. It supports various heat sources, including natural gas and biomass, and can be customized to meet specific site conditions and production capacity requirements.
