The installation and commissioning of our factory’s dedicated sweet potato pulp drying production line at the customer’s facility have been successfully completed. Following a successful trial run, the equipment has officially entered stable production.
Sweet potato pulp is an agricultural byproduct characterized by high moisture content, high sugar content, and high viscosity. During the drying process, it is highly prone to sticking to the walls, clumping, and burning. Ordinary general-purpose dryers struggle to achieve optimal drying results, resulting not only in low output but also in highly inconsistent product color and moisture levels.
To address the unique characteristics of sweet potato pulp, our specialized dryer is equipped with an anti-adhesion material-lifting system that effectively prevents sticking to the walls and material blockages. The equipment can reliably dry wet sweet potato pulp with a moisture content of approximately 70% to a standard dry state of 12%–15%. The dried product is uniformly dried, free of scorched material, and retains its nutritional value, making it suitable for direct use as high-quality feedstock and significantly enhancing the reuse value of the customer’s waste.
The entire production line features a high degree of automation, simple operation, and low energy consumption. It supports various heat sources, including biomass and natural gas, and can be customized to meet specific requirements based on the customer’s site size, raw material moisture content, and target output. Our professional technical team provides on-site installation, commissioning, and operational guidance to ensure rapid commissioning and stable operation of the equipment.
