The EFB pellet mill is specially designed for the processing of empty palm fruit bunches (EFB), and has become the core equipment for the resource utilization of palm plantation waste by virtue of its targeted structural and functional design.

Core structure: The machine body is made of high-strength steel welded as a whole, with a solid and deformation-resistant frame, which can withstand the high-intensity pressure of the processing of Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB). The core components of the press wheel and mold are made of wear-resistant alloy with hardened surface treatment, and the concave-convex teeth designed for the characteristics of EFB coarse and hard fibers can enhance the ability to grip and crush the fibers, reduce slipping and jamming, and prolong the replacement cycle of the parts.

Power system: Equipped with dual-motor drive device, the main motor is responsible for pellet pressing, and the auxiliary motor controls the feeding speed, both of which are coordinated through the intelligent linkage system to ensure the matching of feeding volume and pressing efficiency, avoiding overload and shutdown due to the entanglement of EFB fibers, and providing stable power output and reasonable energy consumption.

Feeding and molding: Equipped with a spiral feeding device, the gradual change of the pitch of the spiral blades can gradually compress the loose EFB raw materials and reduce the resistance to feeding; the molding process adopts a low-temperature pressing process to avoid destroying the fiber structure at high temperature, and the pellets produced by the press are of high density and moderate hardness, which is easy to store and transport and maintains a stable combustion performance.

Operation and Maintenance: Equipped with a simple operation panel, the feeding speed and pressing pressure can be adjusted intuitively to adapt to different dryness and humidity of the EFB raw materials; the machine is equipped with a number of access windows and quick release structure, which is convenient to clean the residual fibers and replace the perishable parts, and the daily maintenance does not require professional tools, thus reducing the difficulty of equipment management.
