1. Introduction to bagasse granules
Bagasse pellets are biomass fuel or feed pellets made from fiber residue (bagasse) after sugar extraction from sugarcane through crushing, drying, compression and other processes. It has the characteristics of high calorific value (about 3500-4500 kcal/kg), low carbon emissions, and renewable, and is widely used in energy, agriculture and other fields.

Second, the production line process
Raw material pretreatment

Impurity removal: remove impurities such as stones and metals through a vibrating screen or magnetic separator.

Coarse crushing: Hammer crusher to crush bagasse to 3-5mm fiber particles.

A tumble dryer or jet dryer is used to reduce the moisture content of the raw material from 40-50% to 10-15% (fuel pellets) or 12-18% (feed pellets).

Fine crushing and quenching

The second crushing to 1-3mm, the feed pellets need to be mixed with nutrients (such as proteins, minerals).

Compression molding

Ring die pelletizer: Bagasse is compressed into cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 6-10mm under high pressure, and the temperature rises to 70-90°C to soften and bond lignin.

Cooling: The mold particles are cooled and shaped by the cooling tower.

Sieving & Packing

The vibrating screen removes debris, and the qualified particles are weighed and packaged by the packing machine (25-50kg/bag or ton bag).

Animal feed: ruminant crude fiber supplement, in accordance with GB/T 25865-2010 feed hygiene standard.

Organic fertilizer carrier: adsorption of nutrients to make slow-release fertilizer.

Industrial raw materials: papermaking, fiberboard production.
