Product Details

Product Overview

The Wine Lees Drum Dryer is a highly efficient drying equipment designed to process wine lees and various brewing by-products. Through an optimized hot air circulation system, it rapidly dries high-moisture, high-viscosity wine lees, reducing moisture content and transportation costs. This facilitates storage and subsequent resource utilization for applications such as animal feed and organic fertilizer.

Working Principle

The spent grain enters the dryer drum via a conveying system. Hot air circulates uniformly within the drum, rapidly evaporating moisture from the highly moist and viscous spent grain. The rotating drum and specially designed scrapers ensure even heating, thorough drying, and prevent clumping. The dried spent grain can be directly used in feed processing and organic fertilizer production, achieving resource recovery and reuse.

Features & Advantages

High-Efficiency Drying: Hot air circulation + drum rotation rapidly removes moisture.

Energy-Efficient & Eco-Friendly: Compatible with multiple heat sources to reduce energy consumption.

Robust Construction: Crafted from premium steel for corrosion and wear resistance.

User-Friendly Operation: Automated conveying and control systems minimize manual labor.

Versatile Application: Suitable for distillers' grains from baijiu, beer, huangjiu, and other alcoholic beverages.

Applications

  • Drying of Distillery Grains, Fruit Wine Residues, and Brewery Grains

  • Pre-treatment of Raw Materials for Organic Fertilizer Production

  • Resource Utilization of Brewing Byproducts

  • Dehydration and Preparation of Feed Ingredients

  • Waste Reduction Treatment of Food Processing Residues

Installation & Usage

Install the dryer on level ground and secure the support frame.

Connect to the heat source system (coal, gas, or biomass).

Feed wet distillers grains into the drum via the conveyor system.

Activate the hot air circulation and drum rotation, then adjust the drying temperature and duration.

The dried material is discharged through the outlet and can be used directly or stored.
