The Wine Lees Drum Dryer is a highly efficient drying equipment designed to process wine lees and various brewing by-products. Working Principle
The spent grain enters the dryer drum via a conveying system. Hot air circulates uniformly within the drum, rapidly evaporating moisture from the highly moist and viscous spent grain. The rotating drum and specially designed scrapers ensure even heating, thorough drying, and prevent clumping. The dried spent grain can be directly used in feed processing and organic fertilizer production, achieving resource recovery and reuse.
