Shipment: High-Efficiency Lignite Pellet Production Line
Recently, a lignite pellet production line designed and manufactured by our company was successfully loaded onto a truck and shipped to a customer’s site in Yunnan, China. This production line is specifically designed for lignite drying and pelletizing, aiming to help customers convert high-moisture, low-calorific-value lignite resources into high-calorific-value, easily transportable clean solid fuel.
The entire equipment set has undergone rigorous testing to ensure stable operation, low energy consumption, and high production capacity. Addressing the characteristics of lignite—such as its tendency to clump and high moisture content—we have specifically optimized the drying and pelletizing processes to effectively prevent blockages and improve pellet yield and strength.
This shipment marks another successful achievement in our efforts to utilize biomass and low-rank coal resources. Upon the equipment’s arrival, we will dispatch engineers to provide on-site installation guidance and operator training, ensuring the client can commence production quickly and operate efficiently.
