Reliable Performance – Robust design with low failure rates.
Energy Saving – Optimized airflow and heat transfer.
Modular Design – Flexible configuration for different needs.
Product Introduction
The new combined rotary drum dryer mainly consists of a rotating drum, lifting flights (material lifters), a transmission device, supporting devices, and sealing rings. The dryer is a slightly inclined cylinder where materials are fed from the higher end, while high-temperature hot gas flows parallel (co-current) with the material. As the drum rotates, the material moves toward the lower end. The lifting flights inside the drum continuously lift and cascade the material, increasing its exposure to the hot air for faster drying and efficient forward movement. The dried product is collected at the bottom discharge port.
Components
The dryer system includes:
Hot air furnace
Belt conveyor (to be provided by the customer)
Air-lock feeder/discharger (for sealed feeding/discharging)
Main dryer host
Blower fan
Cyclone separator (Sack-whirl/Sack-cyclone)
Electrical control cabinet
Performance Advantages
High capacity: Large internal drum volume allows for bulk drying.
Simple & robust structure: Reliable design with low failure rates.
Wide applicability: Suitable for various materials (different types, sizes, and moisture levels).
Stable operation: The balanced drum rotation ensures smooth performance.
