Product Introduction
The High-Efficiency Modular Multi-Channel Dryer is designed to disperse materials into three separate cylinders via a distribution device for rapid and uniform drying. Under the action of lifting plates, materials are continuously lifted and scattered, moving in a spiral path that maximizes heat exchange area. Following a “two steps forward, one step back” movement pattern, materials absorb heat from both the inner and middle drums while passing through the interlayer, resulting in efficient moisture evaporation.
Dried materials are rapidly discharged under hot air flow, while heavier, undried materials remain for extended drying due to gravity and the unique rectangular lifting structure—ensuring complete drying and uniform product quality.
