Shandong Yuchuan Coal Drying Machine is a highly efficient drying equipment customized for the characteristics of coal materials. It adopts a combination technology of "drum indirect heating + intelligent temperature control". The core structure includes six major modules: feeding system, drying drum, heating device, dust removal and purification system, discharging system and intelligent control system, forming a closed-loop drying process.
Feeding system: Equipped with a variable-speed screw feeder, it can flexibly adjust the feeding amount according to the moisture and particle size of the coal, avoiding material accumulation or material interruption, and ensuring the continuity of drying.
