The biomass pellet production line is a combination of equipment used to process biomass raw materials into pellet fuel, which can realize the whole process of automatic or semi-automatic operation from raw material processing to pellet finished product discharge.
Product composition:
- Raw material crushing and screening system: Raw materials such as wood blocks and straw are processed into 3–5mm pellets through a high-efficiency grinder, and impurities and large particles are removed in combination with a screening device.
- Drying system: equipped with a drum dryer or fluidized bed dryer to accurately control the moisture content of the material, usually reducing the 30% moisture content of raw materials to 12%-15%.
- Automatic pellet machine granulation system: The core equipment of the ring die pellet machine adopts alloy steel mold, and the pressure wheel structure is optimized, and the compression ratio is set to adapt to different raw materials.
- Cooling and screening system: the pellet discharge temperature is up to 80°C, and the counterflow cooler quickly cools down to room temperature to avoid deformation; The vibrating screen ensures that the particle size is uniform and the powder rate is controlled within 2%.
- Intelligent packaging system: according to customer needs, configure 5kg-50kg sachet packaging or 1 ton ton bag equipment, with automatic weighing, sewing and conveying system, high efficiency and small error.
