When working, the wet sawdust enters into the dispersing equipment through the belt conveyor, and after dispersing, it enters into the dryer with negative pressure. In the dryer, it first contacts with high temperature negative pressure hot air in the material guide area, and evaporates a large amount of water quickly; then in the cleaning area, the sweeping device cleans up the sawdust sticking to the cylinder wall and crushes the lumps; then it completes the low-temperature drying in the tilting lifting plate area; and finally it discharges the dry finished products in the discharging area, which completes the whole drying process.
