Components:
The rotary dryer is mainly composed of rotating drum, roller ring, big gear, coping board, chain, reducer and motor and other components. Among them, the rotating drum is the core bearing and drying space, the roller ring plays a supporting role to ensure the rotating drum rotates smoothly, the big gear and the motor, reducer drive the rotating drum to rotate accurately through the chain transmission, and the coping board will copy and throw the materials along with the rotation of the rotating drum, so as to improve the drying efficiency.
Matching equipments:
It needs to be used together with conveyor, dust collector, induced draft fan and other equipments. The conveyor is responsible for conveying the materials to be dried, the dust collector purifies the dust, and the induced draft fan creates a suitable airflow environment to help circulate the hot air and discharge the moisture.
