2、Intelligent control: Advanced intelligent control system can precisely adjust the pressure and speed of pressure rollers according to the humidity and fiber length of straw to ensure the pellets are well formed under different raw materials, avoiding loosening and clogging and ensuring smooth and efficient production.
3、Energy saving and environmental protection: low energy consumption and low noise during operation, dust emission meets the standard; compared with traditional treatment methods such as incineration, it reduces harmful gas emission, transforms straw into clean energy, helps carbon emission reduction, and practices the concept of green environmental protection.
The workflow of this machine is simple and efficient: the straw enters the crushing unit through the feeding system and is crushed into uniform fibers; it then undergoes a drying process (some models are equipped with drying) to control the moisture at 10%-15%; and finally, it enters the pelleting chamber, where it is extruded by the rollers and the molds to become cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 6-12 mm and a uniform length. The whole process can be done in a consistent way, and can process 800-2000 kg of straw per hour, which can meet the demand of different scale of production. The core performance of
is outstanding: the pressure roller and mold are made of high-strength alloy material, which improves the wear resistance by more than 30%, and it can operate stably in the face of a small amount of sand in the straw, reducing the wear and tear of the equipment. Intelligent temperature control and pressure adjustment system can automatically adjust the parameters according to the humidity and fiber hardness of the straw, which ensures that the pellet molding rate is stable at more than 90%, and avoids the problems of broken pellets and hollow core. Energy consumption and environmental protection performance is outstanding: the power of the machine is 15-55kW, and the energy consumption per ton of pellets is only 80-120kW/h, which is far lower than that of traditional pelletizing equipment. The whole machine is equipped with a closed dust removal system, dust emission concentration ≤ 20mg/m³, noise control within 70 dB, in line with environmental standards, green production without pollution. This machine can turn rice straw into sustainable income, bridge the gap between agricultural waste and clean energy, and make every straw shine in green development.
