Product Overview
The vertical ring die pelletizer is a highly efficient, energy-saving forming machine primarily used to compress agricultural and forestry waste (such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, branches, etc.) into high-density biomass pellet fuel. Featuring a vertical ring die design with vertically arranged molds, this equipment ensures uniform material distribution and high compression efficiency. It boasts a compact structure, high output capacity, and low energy consumption, making it widely applicable in biomass energy, feed processing, organic fertilizer production, and related fields.
Working Principle
The material is fed vertically from the top into the inner wall of the ring die. It is then forced through the die holes by the internal pressure rollers. Under immense pressure and friction, the material is compressed and formed. Finally, the cutting blades sever it, producing uniform cylindrical pellets.
