Product Overview

The high-efficiency pulverizer is a crushing device specifically designed for processing various biomass materials such as straw, wood chips, rice husks, branches, corn cobs, and more. It employs the principle of high-speed rotating hammer impact and hammer cutting, featuring symmetrically arranged multi-combination hammers for high crushing efficiency. The optimized rotor design ensures airflow velocity matches the screen mesh, minimizing material residue. Equipped with a dust extraction port for connecting to baghouse dust collectors, it minimizes dust pollution. Suitable for applications in biomass energy, feed processing, organic fertilizer production, and related fields.

Working Principle

• Feeding: Wood enters the crushing chamber.

• Impact: Rotating hammers strike the wood with tremendous force, shattering and splitting it.

• Secondary Crushing: The shattered wood collides with the tooth plates or liners on the chamber walls, undergoing further fragmentation.

• Screening: Similarly, the crushed material passes through the bottom screen, with particle size controlled by the screen mesh.

• Features: High impact force, strong crushing capability, capable of processing materials with minor metal contamination (e.g., nails) without causing significant machine damage. Commonly used for processing waste pallets, construction formwork, branches, etc.
