Sargassum dryer is a kind of mechanical equipment specially used for dehydration and drying of seaweeds (such as sargassum, kelp, etc.), which adopts the principle of hot air circulation to efficiently remove the water while retaining the nutrients and color of the algae.
Core structure:
AdopFactory interior photosting drum type main body design, the tilt angle can be adjusted, suitable for Sargassum lightweight characteristics. The internal set of special lifting boards ensures that the seaweed is heated evenly during turning, avoiding tangling and lumping, and improving the consistency of drying.
High-efficiency drying:
Equipped with dual heat source adapting system (can be connected with steam and hot air furnace), the thermal efficiency reaches more than 75%. In view of the high water content of Sargassum, the water content can be reduced from 80% to below 15%, and the hourly processing capacity can reach 1-5 tons, which meets the demand of large-scale processing.
Material adaptability:
It can deal with different forms of Sargassum, whether it is fresh seaweed, crushed material or preliminary semi-finished products, all of them can operate stably. Through the adjustable speed design, it can adapt to the materials with different humidity and avoid the loss of nutrients caused by over-drying.

the outer layer of cylinder body is covered with aluminum silicate heat preservation layer, and the heat loss rate is less than 10%.
