The components of Rotary Dryer are clear and definite, mainly including the rotating body, lifting plate, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring. Each of these parts has its own duty and cooperates with each other, constituting the complete working system of the new combined drum dryer. The rotating body, as the core bearing structure, provides the main space for material drying; the lifting plate is responsible for turning the material during the drying process; the transmission device provides power for the cylinder rotation; the supporting device firmly supports the whole equipment and guarantees the stability during the operation; the sealing ring effectively prevents the leakage of heat and material and improves the drying efficiency.

The main body of Rotary Dryer is a cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal direction, and this inclined design skillfully utilizes the effect of gravity to assist the movement of materials. The material enters the cylinder from the higher end, and at the same time, the high temperature flue gas and the material enter together in a parallel flow state. With the slow rotation of the cylinder driven by the transmission device, the material in its own gravity and the cylinder rotation of the dual role, and gradually move to the lower end of the position, the whole process is orderly and efficient.

The platen on the inner wall of the cylinder is the key design to improve the drying efficiency. When the cylinder is rotating, the plate will continuously copy the material up, and then let it fall down evenly. This action greatly increases the surface area of the material in contact with the hot flue gas, so that the material can more fully heat exchange with the hot airflow, thus significantly increasing the drying rate. At the same time, the material is copied up and sprinkled down the process, but also further promote its low end of the cylinder forward, so that the material in the movement to complete the drying.

The fully dried product is finally collected from the lower part of the cylinder bottom. The whole drying process is coherent and smooth, from the entry of materials to the collection of finished products, each link is closely connected, fully reflecting the rationality and practicability of the equipment design, which can efficiently meet the drying needs of various types of materials.
