Product Overview
The high-efficiency pulverizer is a specialized crushing device designed for processing various biomass materials such as straw, wood chips, rice husks, coconut shells, branches, corn cobs, and more. It employs high-speed rotating hammer blades utilizing impact and shearing principles, with multiple hammer blade combinations arranged symmetrically for high crushing efficiency. The optimized rotor design ensures airflow velocity matches the screen mesh, minimizing material residue. Equipped with a dust extraction port for connecting to baghouse dust collectors, it minimizes dust pollution. Suitable for applications in biomass energy, feed processing, organic fertilizer production, and related fields.
Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber;
Mechanical crushing/grinding;
Screened through a mesh screen; qualified fine material is discharged, while coarse material undergoes further processing.

Installation & Usage
Install the equipment on a level and solid surface.
Connect the power supply and verify the rotor rotation direction is correct.
