Meanwhile, equipped with adjustable speed feeding device, the operator can flexibly control the feeding amount according to the dryness and wetness of the grass, reduce the feeding speed when the grass is too wet and easy to agglomerate, and increase the speed appropriately when the grass is too dry and easy to disperse, avoiding the problem of overloading or material breakage of the equipment from the source to guarantee the processing efficiency.
In the molding process, the machine adopts advanced low-temperature pressing technology, maintaining a low-temperature environment throughout the process, which can avoid the destruction of crude fiber, vitamins and other nutrients in the forage by high temperature to the maximum extent possible, so that the finished pellets can retain the natural nutritional value of the original forage, which is more in line with the digestive needs of ruminants. With a wide selection of mold apertures ranging from fine to coarse, the pellets can be produced in different thicknesses by simply replacing the molds, which is perfectly adapted to the feeding habits of ruminants such as cows and sheep and enhances the comfort of feeding.
The structure is designed with practicality and convenience in mind, with high-strength shock-absorbing feet at the bottom of the machine, which can effectively absorb the vibration generated during operation, not only reducing noise pollution, but also minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment.
