The technical principles and process flow of Coal Drum Dryer:
1. Physical drying principle
Wet coal slurry enters the dispersing device through a belt conveyor, and after being crushed, it enters the negative pressure drying machine, where it is dehydrated through four working areas:
Material guide area: High temperature hot air (430 ℃) rapidly evaporates water, and the large guide angle plate prevents adhesion.
Cleaning area: A material curtain is formed by copying boards, and the cleaning device breaks down clumps of balls and increases the heat exchange area.
Tilting material lifting plate area: Low temperature drying (60 ℃ -210 ℃), the material is in a loose state, reaching the target moisture content.
Discharge area: The drum is designed without a copying plate, and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port.
2. Key process steps
Pre treatment: Grind to 2-8mm particles and control the moisture content at 15% -20% (if it is too high, it needs to be dried).
Granulation molding (optional): In some scenarios, coal slurry needs to be compressed into granular fuel to improve combustion efficiency.
Cooling and screening: Natural air cooling reduces temperature and screens out non-conforming products.
Packaging and Storage: Automatic metering packaging for easy transportation and long-term storage.
