Process Flow
Bagasse Fuel Pellet Line The process is rigorous: first pre-treatment, crushing, drying bagasse, adjusted to the appropriate size and humidity of the granulation; then extruded into pellets by the pelletizing equipment; and finally cooled, screened, sieved to remove the defective products, and produce standard pellets.
Core equipment
The core equipment of the production line works together: the crusher crushes bagasse efficiently to ensure uniform granulation; the drying equipment controls humidity accurately to build a solid foundation for granulation; the pelletizer produces high-strength, well-molded pellets by virtue of its advanced extrusion technology; and the cooling and screening equipment guards the quality and specifications of the finished product.
