Working Principle of Rotary Dryer
The Rotary Dryer features a horizontal rotating drum design combined with a counter-current heat exchange process. Wet material is fed evenly into the drum and, as the drum rotates at low speed, is continuously lifted, scattered, and moved forward at a uniform rate by internal material-lifting plates. High-temperature hot air flows in the opposite direction to the material, ensuring thorough contact and heat exchange to rapidly remove moisture from both the interior and surface of the material. After the material undergoes gradient drying within the drum, the dried product that meets specifications is continuously discharged, ensuring fully automated, continuous operation throughout the process.
