Product Overview
The palm fiber dryer is a specialized drying equipment designed for the palm processing, biomass energy, and environmental protection industries. It efficiently processes high-moisture plant materials such as palm fibers and palm pulp.
Working Principle
Palm fibers are uniformly fed into the dryer drum via a belt conveyor system. To address the fibers' fluffy and easily tangled characteristics, specially arranged paddles inside the drum thoroughly break up the material. During drying, the drum rotates slowly to prevent clumping. The fully dried palm fibers are automatically discharged from the outlet end and can proceed directly to the next processing stage.
