High-efficiency production
adopts intelligent continuous production mode, from the input of palm raw materials to the output of finished pellets, all links are seamlessly connected. The double-axis shredder can handle over 3 tons of large-size palm waste per hour, and quickly crush it into 3-8mm raw materials; the closed-loop air dryer has a thermal efficiency of over 85%, and can dry 1-5 tons of wet materials per hour, which greatly shortens the production cycle, and the daily output of pellets can reach 10-30 tons, meeting the demand for large-scale production.

Composition of Palm Pellet Line:
The palm pellet production line usually consists of the following core equipment, forming a complete closed loop from raw material processing to finished product packaging:
1.Crushing and screening system
Crusher: It initially crushes large palm shells into 5-8mm particles. Common equipment includes hammer crushers, disc cutters, or double axis crushers.
Drum screen: Separate oversized materials and impurities to ensure the uniformity of raw materials.
2.Crushing system
Crusher: Further pulverize the crushed material into 2-7mm powder to meet granulation requirements. For palm silk with strong toughness, a solid waste shredder is required for pretreatment.
3.Dry System
Drum dryer: heated by a hot air stove to reduce the moisture content of the raw materials from 65% to within 20% (if the moisture content of the raw materials is ≤ 15%, this step can be omitted).
Buffer silo: stores dried materials to ensure continuous and stable feeding of the granulator.
4.Granulation system
Biomass pellet machine: using ring mold or flat mold technology to compress powdered raw materials into pellet fuels with a diameter of 8-15mm. The core components such as the pressure wheel are welded with ultra wear-resistant alloy technology, and the service life can reach 1800 hours.
Dust removal equipment: Collect dust during the granulation process to ensure a clean environment.
5.Cooling and screening system
Cooling machine: Using natural air or water cooling to lower the particle temperature to within room temperature+5 ℃ and reduce moisture to 8-10%.
Vibration screen: Screen out particles with qualified specifications, recycle unqualified products and dust for re granulation.
6.Packaging and Storage System
Automatic packaging scale: supports small packages weighing 20-50kg or packages weighing 500-1000kg, meeting different sales needs.
Steel silo or bulk system: used for large-scale storage of granular fuel.
