Product Overview
The bamboo shavings pellet production line is a specialized equipment designed for the bamboo processing industry to produce molded fuel. It efficiently converts waste materials such as bamboo shavings and bamboo powder into high-density pellet fuel. Through a compression molding system, the raw materials are firmly shaped, enhancing combustion efficiency and transportation convenience while achieving resource utilization and commercial value.
Working Principle
Crushing and Drying: First, bamboo shavings are crushed into uniform particles and dried to the appropriate moisture content.
Compression Molding: The core process. Bamboo particles are forcibly pressed through a mold under high temperature and pressure to form dense pellets.
Cooling and Setting: Hot pellets are cooled to harden and set their shape, facilitating storage.
Screening and Packaging: Vibrating screens remove fine dust, yielding uniform finished pellets, which are then packaged and stored.
